Kanara Catholic Association, Bangalore celebrates
Monthi Fest and conducts its 57th AGM
The mass was followed by the traditional ‘Phula Udonche’ (throwing of flowers) by the children . All the enthusiastic children did a great job of making Mother Mary look beautiful with loads of colorful petals surrounding her. This was followed of course for the usual scramble by the kids for the kobu (Sugarcane). After this lovely start to the day, and after a sumptuous breakfast sponsored by Christine and Brig Gerry Gonsalves, the body got down to serious business of the AGM.
