KCA UK Organizes Annual Family day out with Fun
and Frolic

UK, Aug 2: KCAUK organized its annual picnic to Llandudno in Wales on
30th July 2011. This year the spirit of the picnic began at Manchester with the
journey starting at 08:15 AM, picking up around 20 families of KCA UK living in
the North of England .The next stop was Warrington at 09.00 am, a second group
consisting 10 more families joined the group from Midlands. A family from South
of England was also a part of this picnic.

Mr. Stany Rodrigues, the president of KCA UK
welcomed the group and briefed the proceeding of the rest of day. This is
followed by the prayer from Mrs. Renny Buthello.
In the morning the favouring weather boosted the picnic moods of the families.
Breakfast was served, which kept the spirit and the enthusiasm of the picnic
ongoing.
KCA UK had this picnic well planned; a visit was made by KCA UK management team
prior to the schedule picnic, to help the arrangements of the picnic. This
proposed study and planning done, has created a lot of interest for the group to
visit this place.

The enthusiastic families reached scheduled area at
around 10.00 AM. At this place whole of KCA UK had a happy family gathering and
placed the marquee in the camping area. This gave a common point to meet for the
families visiting other places.
The picnic activities stared with a Cable Car Experience. Each family got into
the Cable cars and glide silently from Happy Valley to the summit of the Great
Orme (679ft) a magnificent panorama unfolds - breathtaking views of Llandudno,
the Little Orme, Conwy Estuary and beyond. The Llandudno Cable Car is the
longest passenger cable car system in Britain. On completion of this magnificent
experience, lunch for the entire group has been served. ‘Happy Meal’ was made
available for the kids.
On completion of the delicious meal, various games for the adults and the
children have been conducted by KCA UK members. The winners have been awarded.
This is followed by the well known Mangalorean rural games Dog and the Bone. At
the end of the day the whole group enjoyed in the water park, kids took the
maximum advantage of it.
The charming day further continued with the return journey at 5:00pm where
everyone continued their singing in the bus, later cracking jokes and
conversations
Mr. Stany Rodrigues conveyed the vote of thanks. He thanked everyone for their
active participations. KCA UK sincerely thanks and remains grateful for everyone
who worked hard on the picnic day and all who dedicated themselves behind the
scene to make this picnic a successful. It was just another fantastic day which
everyone at KCA UK will surely remember as a ‘family day out’.
